Victory For Ce

We picked up this beautiful, dark bay, Thoroughbred gelding from the track on the evening of March 31, 2014. He had re-injured his right knee after only his second race. He had a spectacular first race in February, having gone wire to wire in the lead and when other horses caught up, found his second wind to gain over 4 lengths on them and cross the finish line.

He was the odds-on favorite in his second race in March and, again, was in the lead but his time he couldn't find that second wind when the horses from behind caught up. He came in fourth.

It was then discovered he had re-injured his right knee which ended his racing career. He wouldn't have made the long trip back to Canada so they called us to see if we could rehab him and give him a second career.

Victory for Ce was foaled in British Columbia on March 25, 2010.  His dam is "A Kiss for Ce" by Masked Marvel (IRE), and his sire is "Storm Victory" who is a son of Storm Cat. He is currently 15.3h and still growing. He has a very sweet disposition.

He is now sound and healthy and being trained as a trail horse.
