2016, OH MY!

Comet here, reflecting on 2016. I’m a five-year (almost six-year) old Hancock Quarter Horse residing at After the Homestretch-AZ (ATHA) with a herd of fifteen Thoroughbreds; all retired from the track. Meet 2 1/2 Year Old “Newly”

Newly had a whirlwind day on Friday, November 18, 2016.  9 a.m. breakfast at the racetrack — at 10:30 had a halter on — walked into a trailer — at 11 a.m. was on the freeway and at 11:30 a.m., the trailer stopped.
